Your Transaction will be managed by a team with almost 40 combined years of experience in Real Estate and Escrow, who understand that YOUR time and reputation are important.  The nature of the services depends on whether you represent the Seller or Buyer, or both.

  • Confirm the opening of escrow

  • Notify all parties of the Transaction Coordinator function

  • Open a file for your transaction on Relay®, which you will be able to access at any time

  • Provide a timeline for your transaction and update information on a regular basis so transaction status may be reviewed at any time 

  • Schedule and confirm vendor appointments

  • Prepare and distribute all required disclosures on the Seller side

  • Follow up on all required disclosures on the Buyer Side

  • Obtain signatures on all required forms

  • Coordinate activities with the cooperating agent

  • Track all affiliate and vendor support services including: Escrow, Title, Lender, Zone Disclosure, Property Tax, Termite Inspections, Property Inspections and more as required

  • Receive, log in and file all inspections, reports, documents and disclosures

  • Email inspection and disclosure reports to you immediately upon delivery from the Reporting Company.

  • Update information on a regular basis so transaction status may be reviewed at any time

  • Organize your transaction file in your office format for easy review and quality control

  • Ensure all files are compliant with D.R.E. and your office regulations

  • Deliver your customized complete and D.R.E. compliant transaction file directly to your Broker at the close of escrow. The closing package that escrow sends directly to your office completes the Broker’s file so you get paid on time
