TC Basic - Seller Side: Point of Listing through Close of Escrow                                                                   $390

Full service transaction coordination, contractual time line alerts, continuous tracking of information from the Point of Listing through the Close of Escrow. Your complete Seller's Disclosure Package will be sent directly to the Seller for signatures while you spend your valuable time selling properties. Your file is ready even before you receive an offer! A complete real estate transaction file is delivered to the Broker at closing.

TC Basic - Buyer Side: Point of Sale through Close of Escrow                                                                       $390

Full service transaction coordination, contractual time line alerts, continuous tracking of information from the Point of Sale through the Close of Escrow. As the Buyer’s Agent in escrow, you only have the Home Inspection and the Walk Through to attend. A complete real estate transaction file is delivered to the Broker at closing.

Agent Representing Both Sides - Single Transaction                                                                                          $580

Full service transaction coordination, continuous tracking of information from the Point of Listing/Sale through the Close of Escrow. Agent representing both Seller and Buyer in a single transaction. A complete set of real estate transaction files is delivered to the Broker at closing.

Agent Representing Both Sides - Double Transactions                                                                                            $680

Full service transaction coordination, continuous tracking of information from the Point of Listing/Sale through the Close of Escrow. Agent representing both Seller and Buyer in two transactions with concurrent escrows. (Your Seller client  is also buying another property). A complete set of real estate transaction files is delivered to the Broker at closing.

Dual Agency - 2 Sided Transaction                                $350 each side for separate Brokers/$325 each side for common Broker 

Full service transaction coordination, continuous tracking of information from the Point of Sale through the Close of Escrow. Representing both Listing and Sale Agents in a single transaction. A complete real estate transaction file is delivered to each Broker at closing.

TC Plus - For Sale by Owner                                                                                                                                    $390 each side

Do you have a Buyer for a FSBO transaction? Release yourself of the obligation to and liability of a Seller who offers no compensation.  If the Seller does not have professional representation*, refer them to Your Key TC to process their mandatory disclosures and real estate paperwork. A complete real estate transaction file is delivered to the Seller and your Broker at closing.

*Please note that Your Key TC does not handle the Buyer Side only in a FSBO transaction, unless Seller is, or is represented by, a real estate professional.

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND RATES

Clean Up File                                                                                                                                                               $240

Complete an unfinished file from the point received through the Close of Escrow. A complete real estate transaction file is delivered to the Broker at closing.

Clean Up File - Agent Representing Both Sides                                                                                                 $220 each side

Complete an unfinished file from the point received through the Close of Escrow. Agent representing both Buyer(s) and Seller(s). A complete real estate transaction file is delivered to the Broker at closing.

Duplicate Files - For Agent or Client                                                                                                                     $40

Do you want a copy of the transaction file for yourself? What about complete real estate transaction file customized with your information as a closing gift for your Clients? You can have either or both! To order, request the number of additional files before you submit a new listing or a new sale. Custom files may be subject to higher fees.

Duplicate Files on CD - For Agent or Client                                                                                                         $10

File Review - Risk Management                                                                                                                             $290

Are your files complete and ready for an audit? Submit your closed files to Your Key TC for a rigorous file review. Your Key TC checks all documents against the Master Checklist. We then inform the Agent of missing documents. It is up to the Agent to get signed documents back to us. Once complete, the documents are organized either in the standard Your Key TC transaction file format or in your office format and a complete, DRE compliant file is returned to the Broker.
