Do you have a Buyer for a FSBO transaction? Release yourself of the obligation to and liability of a Seller who offers no compensation. If the Seller does not have professional representation*, refer them to Your Key TC to process their mandatory disclosures and real estate paperwork. A complete real estate transaction file is delivered to the Seller and your Broker at closing. *Please note that Your Key TC does not handle the Buyer Side only in a FSBO transaction, unless Seller is, or is represented by, a real estate professional.

Duplicate Files - For Agent or Client $40
Do you want a copy of the transaction file for yourself? What about complete real estate transaction file customized with your information as a closing gift for your Clients? You can have either or both! To order, request the number of additional files before you submit a new listing or a new sale. Custom files may be subject to higher fees. File Review - Risk Management $290
Are your files complete and ready for an audit? Submit your closed files to Your Key TC for a rigorous file review. Your Key TC checks all documents against the Master Checklist. We then inform the Agent of missing documents. It is up to the Agent to get signed documents back to us. Once complete, the documents are organized either in the standard Your Key TC transaction file format or in your office format and a complete, DRE compliant file is returned to the Broker.
