How to open your New Transaction

For expedient handling of your file and assured legibility of images, virtual document transfer is preferred.

For each New Transaction, please complete our New Escrow Contact Information Form. 

When providing contact information please include emails, phone numbers, faxes, addresses, etc.

for all parties involved.

We will need the follow items to begin working on your file:

Representing the Buyer

• Fully executed Purchase Agreement (CAR Form RPA-CA) and all pertinent Counter Offers and Addenda
•  
• Agency Disclosure with yourBuyer Client (CAR Form AD) 
•  
• Your Broker's Escrow Checklist (if applicable)
•  
• Agent Registration Form (New Clients Only)
• Signed Work Order Agreement

Representing the Seller

• Fully executed Listing Agreement (CAR Form RLA)
• Agency Disclosure with your Seller Client (CAR Form AD)
• Your Broker's Escrow Checklist (if applicable)
• Agent Registration Form (New Clients Only)
• Signed Work Order Agreement
