Susan utilizes her experiences as a Realtor® and Escrow Assistant in providing top quality support and file management as a member of Your Key TC. As a Realtor®, Susan received the 100% Satisifaction Award and was named Agent of the Month. However she found her calling to be in file managment and agent support and takes great pride in being methodical, resourceful, creative and up to date on current DRE regulations.
She is licensed with the California Department of Real Estate, a member of San Diego Association of Realtors®, enabling her access to MLS and WINforms. Susan is also a Notary Public and Certifed Loan Signing Agent.
As part of the Your Key TC team, she represents the agent in a professional manner while working with escrow, cooperating brokers, buyers, seller and all involved parties. She is pro-active in creating and obtaining the necessary documents and makes sure all parties are kept up to date and informed.
